For the past ten years Mary Lambert and Ellen Yeo of JAM SANDWICH have been entertaining the young and young at heart through song, dance, costumes and puppetry. Their shows include well-known traditional tunes along with original material which gets everyone tappin', clappin', shakin', laughin' and singin' along. The audience becomes totally involved as they find themselves on-stage as part of the show. They have several different performances filled with colourful costumes and wacky characters, which tickle the funnybone and fill hearts with music and laughter.

In May of 1997 Mary Lambert and Ellen Yeo produced their first cassette entitled "Singin' Along". Their 2nd collaborative release entitled "Play On" was released in June of 1999. This Juno nominated album includes some great new original tunes, along with traditional favourites that every child will know and have fun with. "Full O' Baloney" is their most recent release and is chalked full of songs about their delightful Sandwich family. You will find this popular group performing in the summertime at many different resorts in the Muskokas. They also perform at festivals and events throughout the province.

Ellen Yeo (AKA Jam) is an elementary school teacher. Her background includes teaching French, music and phys-ed programs. She has two children and resides in Bracebridge, Ontario. Ellen also tours promoting a senior's show called "Memory Lane" and loves to help direct and act in local theatre groups. She is wonderful and wacky when she becomes "Jam"!

Mary (AKA Peanut Butter), a mother of four, is a Canadian singer/songwriter/performer, who resides in Kingston, Ontario. She has released seven solo CDs, in addition to the three she has collaborated and recorded with Jam Sandwich.

Libby Olsen (AKA Hunny) Is the newest member of the Sandwich family. Hunny and Peanut Butter, are real-life sisters! Libby has provided and recorded vocals on all of Mary's solo children's albums. Her background also includes teaching Primary Music to children ranging in ages from 18 months to 11 years. She has two small children of her own and resides in BARRIE, ON.

Jen Peake (AKA Philadelphia Cream Cheese - "Philly") is a Muskoka native who has adorned local stages for the past ten years. Jen performed scenes from "My Dock" in 2001 at the Gravenhurst Opera House and has had various roles from opera to Dinner Theatre.

Cara Chisholm (AKA Jelly) hails from Toronto. Cara's background includes being part of Canada's original cast of Les Miserables playing several roles, including "Cosette". She toured North America in the Company of Phantom of the Opera. You may have seen her in the Disney musical revue, the Little Mermaid as Ariel in England. Her most recent credits include a little boy and a new little baby girl!
